Vital Planet began with a problem Brenda could not solve the conventional way: her own.
From a young age into her twenties, Brenda struggled with constipation, bloating, fatigue, and headaches. After years of conventional approaches that brought no lasting relief, she grew curious about natural health and the emerging science of the microbiome. That curiosity changed her life, and it became her life's work.
She pursued a formal education in nutritional health, herbology, and mind-body therapy, then opened five natural digestive care and cleansing clinics, where she formulated products and protocols for specific needs and collaborated closely with integrative and functional medicine doctors. The results her clients saw inspired a bigger mission: to educate and empower people everywhere with solutions that genuinely make a difference.
