Cancellation policy

Some items in our store are offered as subscriptions. This cancellation policy explains how subscription purchases work and how you can change or cancel them.

Key subscription terms. Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval you choose, and your payment method is charged each cycle until you cancel. You can skip, pause, reschedule, swap, or cancel at any time before your next billing date. We email you a reminder before every renewal, and we will give you advance notice before any price change. Once a renewal has been billed and shipped, it is final (details below).

Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries based on the product, duration, and frequency you select. Your payment details are stored securely, and you are charged for each delivery when it is billed.

You are in full control of your subscription. You can skip a delivery, pause, reschedule, swap products, or cancel at any time, as long as the change is made before your next billing date.

How to manage your subscription

  • On our site: click the profile icon at the top right of any page (next to the cart icon) and sign in. Subscription management options are available right on your profile page and in its settings.
  • In the footer: use the Subscription Management link in the footer menu at the bottom of any page.
  • From your email: your order confirmation and renewal reminder emails include a direct link to manage your subscription.
  • With our help: contact Customer Service at (866) 787-9001, email support@vitalplanet.com, or use our contact form and we will make the change for you.

We send a reminder email before each renewal so you have time to make changes. Changes made before the billing date are free and take effect immediately.

Because we remind you before every renewal and you can skip, pause, reschedule, or cancel at any time before the billing date, subscription renewals are final once they have been billed and shipped. We do not accept returns or issue refunds on shipped subscription orders. Payment processing fees are not refunded to us on canceled or refunded orders, and our fulfillment team moves quickly once an order is placed. If a renewal just processed and you did not intend it, contact us right away; if the order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to cancel it for you, though we cannot guarantee interception once an order is processing. If a subscription order arrives damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, we will make it right. Pre-orders and try before you buy
We do not currently offer pre-order or try-before-you-buy purchases. If that changes, this policy will be updated with those terms.
